We know every girl has the ability to lead and we strive to encourage leadership right from the start here at Malvern St James. The girls here are not afraid to pursue leadership and are free to make their voice heard, starting and running initiatives. They appreciate having a voice in how their school is run, as well as how they can make a positive difference to their community and wider society.
Throughout a pupil’s time here we give her an understanding of leadership based on hands on experience and opportunity, what it means to be a leader and how this may impact others. Pupils lead with compassion, pride and integrity. Form Captains, Communities Captain, Prep Ambassador Digital Leaders, Sports Captains, House Prefects, Ships Captains, Sixth Form Ambassadors, Pastoral Champions, Year Leaders, Head Girl Team…. there are a range of roles and mentoring for all.
