MSJ Prep Boarding

MSJ Prep’s boarding provision is distinctive, enhanced by our exceptional team of experienced and dedicated House Staff. Benhams is for our boarders in Year 3 to Year 9. It is split into two sections – Benhams Junior for our Prep and Year 7 boarders, and Benhams Senior for our Year 8 and 9 boarders. We spend our evenings doing prep work, playing in the garden, and taking part in lots of fun activities. On the weekends, staff and the junior boarders may walk into town or to the local park, whilst our senior boarders get to explore their independence, going into town together, fully supported by staff.

Flexi Boarding at MSJ

This allows girls the chance to engage with evening activities, whether academic or social and allows for a slightly later wake up call in the morning. Day girls are each given two nights boarding per term at no additional cost so every girl can take advantage of boarding life at Malvern St James.
