We are delighted to announce the launch of Classlist for parents and guardians at Malvern St James.  Classlist is a safe and inclusive App that gives you as a parent a central point to contact other parents in your daughter’s year group and ask questions.

Classlist is completely free and it’s easy to get started. Once we are back in the school building it will be used to notify you of some upcoming school events with the option to buy tickets and RSVP in one place.

We hope this new App helps parents to connect with each other and builds a greater sense of community and belonging, particularly for those of you who have older daughters and miss the “school gate” contact, or who live further afield.

Classlist is UK-based and fully GDPR-compliant and is already being used successfully by parents in many other schools in the UK. You can share as much or as little contact information with other parents as you like and can even keep your own email address private whilst still receiving messages via the site. 

Parent Ambassadors

We are on the lookout for parent Ambassadors for Years 3 and 8. As a Parent Ambassador you would have the ability to approve requests from new users, monitor comments and interactions on the site and help send announcements/community events to the assigned year group.

How to Join Classlist

Keep an eye on your emails, you will receive an invitation to join Classlist within the next couple of days. The invitation includes a link to register with the MSJ account.

Classlist is a parent platform and will not replace our current main communication methods. If you have urgent enquiries you should contact the School or if you have a question or concern about your daughter speak to her Form Tutor or Head of Year as usual.
