The MSJ Model United Nations delegations attended the online Tudor Hall Conference on Saturday 28 November.

For ten Year 9 and Year 10 girls this was their first-ever conference but were supported by a number of more experienced debaters from Year 11 to Year 13.

Two girls in the Year 9 and 10 delegation, who were representing Zimbabwe and Colombia, had their resolutions chosen to be presented.  Natasha, who represented Columbia, was awarded the Outstanding Delegate Award, the highest award achievable.

In the Sixth Form delegation Emily and Georgia were both presented with the Commended Delegate Award for their representation of China and Myanmar.

Congratulations to all the girls who took part. It is great to see your skills develop in leadership, public speaking, problem-solving and negotiation to name a few.
