In November MSJ Prep took part in Maths Week England, the world's largest national maths festival. This year an amazing 667,171 people from across England took part in Maths Week. 

Year 6 had the pleasure of a Zoom call with Clarissa Grandi and investigated Mathematical Art. Clarissa is passionate about teaching maths using bold, bright and beautiful ideas with many free resources available on her website Artful Maths. 

As part of their session with Clarissa Year 6 used their compass skills to create beautiful symmetrical pictures and snowflakes.
