Rehearsals for this year’s Summer Production – Alice, written by Laura Wade – are well underway. Based on Lewis Carroll’s classic tale, Alice breathes new life into the much-loved story about rabbit holes, jam tarts and croquet matches. This funny and poignant production, which is being directed by Year 12 A Level students, features actors from Year 10 and Year 12.

“It’s a joy to be back, producing live theatre. Despite year group bubbles, we have still had real fun being creative whilst being true to the spirit of the ensemble”, said Mrs Fisher, Head of Expressive Arts.

The performance will take place outside in the (COVID safe) Quad. Join us for an evening in Wonderland, for what promises to be a spectacular performance!

  • Friday 25 June 2021, 19:00 to 20:30
  • The Quad (York Hall in case of wet weather)
  • Seating to be in family groups of up to 6 people, bring your own picnic and chairs/blankets

Due to current restrictions, audience numbers are limited. Everyone in the MSJ Community is welcome to attend but in the event of over subscription, priority will be given to the families of those in Year 10 and Year 12.

Tickets are free of charge but must be booked in advance here.
