Last week, MSJ had the pleasure of hosting our annual Senior Sports Dinner, a night celebrating our talented athletes' achievements, dedication, and passion at MSJ. It was an evening filled with inspiration, camaraderie, and recognition of the incredible talent within our sporting community.

One of the highlights of the evening was the presence of Eboni Usuro-Brown, an esteemed figure in the world of sports. As an England Netball player and Commonwealth Games gold medallist, Eboni brought with her a wealth of experience and insight into what it takes to succeed as an elite female athlete. Her message resonated deeply with our pupils as she emphasised the importance of maintaining a growth mindset and resilience in the face of challenges—a lesson applicable in sports and all aspects of life.

The opportunity for our pupils to interact with Eboni was special. Meeting someone of her caliber came as a source of motivation and inspiration for our aspiring athletes, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.

The finale of the event came as Eboni presented awards to recipients in our major sports. It was a moment of pride and joy as we celebrated the hard work and dedication of our talented MSJ athletes.

The evening was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the achievements of individuals whilst bringing together the MSJ sporting community to celebrate another year of progress and achievement
