Fees

School Fees

Fees quoted are per term and are reviewed each academic year. Fees include dental insurance, personal accident cover and all meals during the School day.

We are delighted to announce that our fees will be held for the 2026/27 academic year.

Extras

All extras are charged in arrears as these are incurred during the term and are not notified to the Finance Department until after the event.

It is the practice of all fee-paying schools to request payment in advance at the beginning of each term. If payment of accounts is not received by the School by the first day of term, interest is charged on a daily basis, together with other administrative costs, as stated in the notes on the fees bill.

Tax free childcare payments are accepted as payment towards boarding fees and billable post 4pm activities.

Boarding Extras

Full boarders remain in the boarding house all term except for half terms and exeat weekends.  When full boarders are unable to be with their Guardians for exeat weekends, they may remain in the boarding house, charged at £100 per night, incl of VAT.

Weekly boarders can choose to stay, for 5 nights, in the boarding house from Sunday night through to Friday evening (after supper), or from Monday morning through to Saturday morning (after breakfast)

Flexi boarders can choose to board for between 1 and 3 nights per week.  They have their own dedicated bed in the boarding house, where they can keep their belongings.

This is on an adhoc basis only and is subject to availability in the boarding house.  It must be pre-arranged with the House staff, with at least one week’s notice.

All pupils are eligible to 2 free nights per term and may stay up to an additional 5 paid nights, charged at £50 per night, incl of VAT.

Where boarding is supportive to a Day pupil’s commitments to MSJ at school events (e.g. school trips, Strengthening and Conditioning, a 50% discount will be applied to the above price i.e. it will be £25 per night, incl of VAT.  Eligible events however must begin before 07:30 or must mean a return to school after 21:00.

Please note: where pupils choose to occasionally board on weekends (Friday or Saturday), they must be collected by 10:30am the next morning.  For collections after this time, there will be a charge of £10 per hour, incl of VAT.
