SIXTH FORM
MSJ Climbs the League Tables

The outstanding results achieved by our A level candidates this year have pushed Malvern St James further up the league tables. Our girls scored an average of 413 points across A and AS levels, which put the School at number 70 in a table of the best-performing independent schools in the country.
Amongst Worcester's independent schools, King's School came out on top with an average score of 380, whilst Royal Grammar School's pupils averaged 359 and St Mary's girls averaged a score of 353.
Headmistress, Mrs Woodhouse, said ‘These spectacular results reflect the School's reputation for academic success and highlight the breadth and depth achievable from an all-girls school offering and extended curriculum and rich extra-curricular programme. Most importantly, such brilliant results have enabled the girls to secure places at the universities of their choice. This is also thanks to our dedicated, high quality teaching staff, working within an inclusive and vibrant environment, which gives each girl the opportunity to excel at what she does best. We are enormously proud of our girls.'
