SENIOR SCHOOL

As part of our aim to help girls connect all their learning with the context of the world in which they live, we run a comprehensive PSHE and C (Personal, Social and Health Education and Citizenship) programme.

It is designed to give pupils the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to lead confident, healthy, independent lives and become informed, active, responsible citizens.

Our pupils are encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities and experiences across and beyond the curriculum, contributing fully to the life of our School and communities. In so doing, every girl learns to recognise her own worth, work well with others and become increasingly responsible for their own learning.

The wide range of topics include: health issues, drug abuse, sex and relationship education, study skills, careers, personal safety, self-defence and human rights.
