A Busy Start for the Music Department
The Music Department has had a busy start to this term and already the girls have had the opportunity to take part in some exciting musical events.
James Davey, a successful national choir director and trainer, ran an inspirational choral workshop at MSJ earlier this month. His vibrant personality ensured this was a very enjoyable event for the girls and they loved his innovative vocal warm-ups and techniques.
Our singers were also able to take part in a concert at Malvern Priory to launch a new publication ‘Songs, Psalms and Spirituals' for RSCM. These beautiful arrangements were compiled and arranged by David Iliff and John Barnard.
