Boarding at MSJ Senior supports both the modern family and the School experience. For many girls, weekly or full boarding is the preferable choice. For others, the opportunity to stay at School up to three nights per week provides a convenient and flexible option for busy family life, while allowing day girls to benefit from living in a community. We also offer occasional boarding.

Housemistresses are responsible for the daily running of their Houses, which are as much like home as possible. Our experienced staff provide a happy and safe environment, where your daughter will receive the encouragement, support and facilities necessary for her to mature and develop as an individual. Boarders derive many benefits from living in a community, including sensitivity to others and a sense of companionship.

All Houses offer a full and varied weekend programme including social activities such as discos and barbeques.
