Exciting Trips for Pre Prep Girls

November was a busy month for the Pre-Prep girls who enhanced their learning about People Who Help Us with several trips.
On 10th November, the girls went to ASK restaurant where they designed, made and ate their own pizzas – delicious! After that, they went to Malvern Police Station where they were shown round by WPC Jemma Greenow and had the chance to explore several Police vehicles, use the Police radios and even take a breathalyser test!Four days later and the Pre-Prep were off to Malvern Fire Station. They caught the train from Great Malvern Station, arriving remarkably swiftly and alighting at Malvern Link. At the Fire Station, Fire Fighter Becky Valender told us all about Fire Safety before several of the other Fire Fighters took us to see the Fire Engines and try on some of their safety clothing.
All three of our visits were fantastic! As well as being interesting and informative, the trips were much enhanced by beautifully behaved girls! Mrs Wilkinson said, “We have all learnt so much, these trips have really brought our Topic to life!”
