OLD GIRLS

Hilary and Michael Churchill came to visit Elisabeth Rambridge, the Old Girls' Association Secretary on Thursday 8 October and they had a great time getting to know each other better.  Hilary and Elisabeth recognised each other and think it may have been from when they attended a Pastoral Conference held for House Staff at St James's a good few years ago.  The conversation ranged over all sorts of topics, catching up about Old Girls, hearing about their time when Hilary was Housemistress of St Edwards and also about local and family history.  As Hilary and Michael were leaving they met Penny Smith, Vice-Chairman of the Old Girls' Association, who teaches Maths at Malvern St James, so that was an excellent opportunity for a photo.  If Old Girls would like to be in touch with Hilary and Michael, please contact Elisabeth Rambridge at . and she will pass any messages on to them.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mr Michael Churchill. Michael died suddenly yesterday, Thursday 11 February. Our thoughts and deep sympathy are with Hilary, Helen and Philip. Further details will be posted when they are known.
