SENIOR SCHOOL

One of the Ships we have adopted for School competitive events is HMS Triumph, the nuclear submarine, which has spent the last six years being refitted, following active service in Afghanistan. She is now fit for active operations once more and the Rededication Ceremony took place in Devonport on Friday 23 April. School Admiral, Miss Cole and Captain Moyo Akinluyi attended this and were accompanied by Deputy Headmistress Mrs Musgrave. They enjoyed VIP status at the Parade, Service and Buffet Lunch. The day ended with a tour of the submarine conducted by serving Ship's Officers.

Moyo said, ‘It was a great honour to be able to represent the School at such an important event. We have been promised a trip out to sea when the School makes a future visit!'
