Temporary Position for one Academic Year

£10,000 per annum + accommodation + free meals

We wish to a dynamic graduate looking for their first role in an exciting and challenging environment.  The successful candidate will have a good Music degree, have a passion for the Arts as a whole and have a desire to enhance our pupils’ education.  The role involves supporting the Performing Arts staff teams and supervising learners in the Performing Arts areas of the School, specifically the Music Department.  As part of the post, there will be work as a Graduate Boarding Assistant for three evenings a week and two weekends a term in our welcoming boarding houses.

Due to the nature of the role within the boarding houses, the successful candidate will be female.

We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Boarding Tutor who can combine creative energy with enthusiasm and experience to help run one of our vibrant and flourishing Boarding Houses.  This is a key role to offer guidance and support to students in the Boarding House. The position includes five overnight shifts.

Due to the nature of the role within the boarding house, the successful candidate will be female.

We are seeking to appoint Lifeguards to supervise swim sessions at our Sports Centre. The postholder will be required to abide by site specific NOP / EAP procedures. Lifeguard training is provided on site.

The successful candidate will need to be available Tuesday and Thursday 4-6pm

Level 1: £13.87 per hour

Level 2: £16.51 per hour

We require a Swim Teacher to assist with the smooth running of our Swim School.  You should be an organised, reliable and highly motivated individual with a desire to progress children through ASA stages 1 to 10.

The successful candidate will hold at least an ASA Level 2 certificate in Teaching Aquatics with previous experience of swim teaching being a desirable quality.

BIOLOGY TECHNICIAN

BIOLOGY TECHNICIAN

Required for September 2017

39 hours per week term time

(34 weeks per year, plus 10 days in school holidays)

         

This is a key role for this busy area of the School.  The Biology Technician appointed will be a specialist, setting up all practical activities, including A Level.  They will carry out risk assessments and follow COSHH regulations.  Training can be given as appropriate.  Applications are invited from those with an appropriate Biology background.  Prior experience as a Science Technician is highly desirable, as is experience of A Level practical work.
