Health Care Assistant

Part Time (20 hours per week)

Salary Scale in line with Band 2

 

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our team providing a holistic approach to the care of the girls, which includes health promotion and minor injury assessment and treatment.

Suitable applicants will have an interest in health care.  Knowledge and experience of administering first aid and the care of children will be advantageous.

Science Techician

Required for September 2016

(Maternity Cover)

37.5 hours per week

(34 weeks per year, term time only)

        

The Science Technician appointed will be multi-disciplinary, working with specialist technicians across all three Sciences.  They will carry out risk assessments and follow COSHH regulations.  Training will be given as appropriate.  Applications are invited from those with an appropriate scientific background.  Prior experience as a Science Technician is desirable; experience of A Level practical work would also be helpful.

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Teacher, to join our successful and well-resourced Learning Enrichment and Support department.  The OCR SpLD Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent) is required.  This role involves one-to-one teaching, small group work and liaison with pupils, parents/guardians and other staff.

We are looking to appoint a candidate who can primarily offer Mathematics support throughout the school from KS2 upwards. The ability to offer Literacy support is desirable/would be an advantage

Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

£14,738 per annum, 39 hrs per week + PT income

52 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer to assist with the day to day running of the ‘state of the art’ Sports Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out gym inductions, teaching classes and personal training for members and MSJ pupils. Applicants must have a passion for Health & Fitness and have a real desire to help others reach their goals and live rewarding healthy lives.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills with previous experience of working in a fitness team.  A Sports Science Degree or National Certificate in Fitness Instruction & Personal Training (REPS Level 3 minimum) with a current First Aid qualification is essential.
