Examinations Officer

We are seeking to appoint a confident and efficient Examinations Officer to undertake this important role with responsibility for the administration, organisation and smooth running of public and internal examinations.  The Officer is ably supported by a part-time Examinations Assistant and a team of invigilators.

Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, high level ICT skills and a calm and flexible approach.

We are seeking to appoint a creative and skilled administrator with excellent organisational skills to support the External Relations Director in the key functions of Public Relations, Alumnae Relations and Development. The successful applicant will need to show the ability to work across multiple projects and disciplines and to manage tight deadlines.

With strong verbal and written communication skills s/he will possess the ability to understand how to cultivate and maintain good relationships with stakeholder groups. S/he will also be confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strong eye for detail. There will be some out of hours and weekend work, for which TOIL will be given.

We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Boarding Tutor who can combine creative energy with enthusiasm and experience to help run one of our vibrant and flourishing Boarding Houses.  This is a key role to offer guidance and support to students in the Boarding House. The position includes five overnight shifts.

Due to the nature of the role within the boarding house, the successful candidate will be female.

We require a Gym Duty Manager to assist the Sports Centre Manager with the day to day running of the Sports Centre.  You should be organised, reliable and a good communicator with previous experience of supervising a team.

 A Sports Science Degree or National Certificate in Fitness Instruction & Personal Training (REPS Level 3 minimum) with a current First Aid Qualification is desirable for this post.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer to assist with the day to day running of the ‘state of the art’ Sports Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out gym inductions, teaching classes and personal training for members and MSJ pupils. Applicants must have a passion for Health & Fitness and have a real desire to help others reach their goals and live rewarding healthy lives.
